30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the pet mat must be unused and unwashed. Products that have been used or washed are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
How to request a return
- Email [email protected] within the return window. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide return instructions and arrange seller-paid return shipping. Please contact us before paying for a return label or sending the parcel.
- Pack the mat securely and send it according to those instructions. Keep the shipment receipt or tracking details.
Return shipping costs and address
PETLEAKPAD pays the return shipping costs for eligible returns. Our return address is in China, including for orders delivered in the United States. Please use the full address shown below and follow the instructions we provide.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess the issue. The change-of-mind restrictions above do not remove any rights you have for defective or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law.
When you will receive your refund
For an eligible return, we will refund the product purchase price within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
If you have not received your refund after this processing period, contact us with your order number so we can check its status.
Cancellation requests
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We will check whether it has already been dispatched. If it has shipped, use the return process described above.
