Delivery to the United States
We offer free shipping on orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum order value. The Everyday Pet Mat is priced at US$39.99. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be shown at checkout before you place an order.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 days after the order is confirmed. Estimated delivery is 7–10 days after dispatch. Allow approximately 8–12 days from order confirmation to delivery. These are estimates; customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and holidays may affect delivery.
Your delivery details
Please check your email and shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether a change is still possible before dispatch.
Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any available delivery details or photos. We will investigate and help arrange a suitable resolution.
Returns
Unused, unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We pay return shipping costs. Returns are sent to our address in China. Please read our Refund Policy and contact us before sending anything back.
